Shandong Superwatt Power Equipment Co., LTD was founded in Jining city, Shandong Province, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius as well as the manufacturing base of China construction machinery in April, 2006. It is the manufacturing base of the project-specific generator sets, lighting towers, welding generators, power equipments on-vehicles, mobile electric stations, and marine generator sets with an output value of hundreds of millions in 2007.
The Shandong new factory, with an investment of over fifty million yuan, initiated its production in the Seventh Industrail Park of the hi-tech development zone just beside the 327 State Road of Jining on April 23, 2008. It now has assembly plant, metal prosessing plant, electrical plant, military workshop, part assembly workshop, logistic warehouse and bonded warehouse. The metal processing plant is installed with two assembly line, one for light poles and trailer suspension another for canopy.
Besides, some heavy-duty processing equipments such as laser cutting machine, heavy-duty hydraulic shear machine, ordinary shear machine, CNC bending machine, CNC heavy-duty hydraulic bending machine, CNC punching machine and ordinary punching machine as well as equipments for surface treatment as sandblasting house and spray painting house are available. The assembly plant is installed with two standard assembly lines each of which has 4 standard load testing boards and one assembly line for non-standard and large-sized gensets and lighting tower with at least two special test board.The comprehensive plant is made up of the military workshop, components-assembling workshop and logistics center. The military workshop, on one hand, can offer a full series of assembly line and laboratory applicable to fixed-type, trailer-type vehicle-type power station and lighting tower, on the other hand, contains some necessary and completed independent facilities such as the R & D studio, training room, conference room, etc..
The annual manufacture output of shangdong Superwatt’s can reach 12,000 sets.
